Material tolerances not listed below shall be in accordance with the ASTM, ASME, or AMS specification to which the material was produced and certified.

Standard laser processing tolerances are as follows:

  • 0.015" to 0.125 thick: +/-0.010"    OD/ID + 0.020”/-0 OD & +0/-0.020” ID
  • >0.125" to 250" thick: +/-0.015"    OD/ID + 0.030”/-0 OD & +0/-0.030” ID 
  • Diagonal tolerance: 3/16" maximum on laser cut items.
